Such a comfortable stay for 2 nights. Reasonable breakfast, awesome views, nice location right by Qelqatani for a couple of nights in Puno, and the pedestrian street, where all the restaurants are located. Huge, cozy rooms, soft bed, pleasant staff. Nice bathroom, and a storage space, Wi-Fi, and a heating system.

The breakfast here was pretty good, especially loved their pre-sweetened coffee - it was the best I've had around 👌.

The accommodations were clean and comfortable and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

Qelqatani Hotel is a clean and modest accommodation with friendly and efficient staff. the hotel offers all the essential services, including hot water. Its central location is convenient, being a moderate distance from Cliffe High Street. there is a particularly good restaurant nearby, enhancing the overall experience.

Located a few blocks from the Plaza de Armas, the hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was immaculate, spacious and comfortable. A delicious, made-to-order breakfast was included in the price of the room. There were two computers available in the lobby for the guests, along with cocoa tea. The best thing about the Qelqatani, however, was the staff, omnipresent, courteous and anxious to serve, especially Cynthia whose patience and persistence solved my communication problem. I will definitely return to the Qelqatani and will recommend it to my friends.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in a great location. The staff were attentive and courteous, and the price was fantastic. The breakfast was the best we've had in a long time. The hotel also had a great dining option when we didn't feel like going out. The only downside was the inconsistent wireless signal, which was important for our business needs. we highly recommend this hotel for its great location and excellent service.

The view is amazing and they offer a variety of tasty breakfast choices like yogurt, fresh fruits, and made-to-order eggs.

Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

The breakfast was the best over all the places we stayed in ! They served at least 4 different freshly squeezed juices ! The shower was great. Quiet place, big room. The wifi connection worked on the floor, but not in the room, which was fine by me, Very nice staff ! Very convenient location to the touristy street with shops and restaurants, but I wonder if there was anything else more interesting. Didn't get to explore Puno enough.
